These general conditions of sale are concluded between :
- Pascaline Dubreuil, sole proprietorship, and editor of the website www.sweetalpaga.com, whose head office is located 36 bd de la Croix Rousse - 69001 Lyon - France - RCS 793 161 282, on the one hand,
- And any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, on the other hand.
Objet
These conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between Pascaline Dubreuil and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through its merchant site.
The acquisition of a product through this website implies an unreserved application by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These terms are subject to modifications and updates; accordingly, the terms applicable to products orders are those applicable on the date of order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the products offered
The products offered for sale are those which appear on the website www.sweetalpaga.com, on the day of consultation of the site by the buyer. These products are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description and one or more photographs. The texts and photographs illustrating the products have been made with the greatest possible accuracy and are for reference only. They cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.
Prices
The prices on the site are the prices excluding tax in euros, the status of an individual company exempting Pascaline Dubreuil from invoicing VAT (article 293 B of the CGI), and excluding participation in delivery costs. The delivery costs are indicated when the order is finalized.
Pascaline Dubreuil reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, it being understood that the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated at the time of placing the order.
Order
The buyer who wishes to order an item must follow the procedure in place, until confirmation.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The order will not be definitively registered until the last validation of the payment screen of the order. Confirmation will count for signature and acceptance of transactions.
Pascaline Dubreuil will confirm the acceptance of the order to the customer by email as soon as possible.
Shipping costs, conditions and delivery times
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when the buyer places the order.
Packages are sent by Colissimo with or without signature for Metropolitan France and Corsica (depending on the value of the order), in Colissimo International for abroad. Once these leave our premises, and supported by the postal services, delivery times are 24 to 48 hours for France, 3 to 5 days for abroad.
The risks are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the products have left the premises of Pascaline Dubreuil.
Pascaline Dubreuil ships to the following countries: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, Andorra, the countries of the European Union and Switzerland, the countries of Eastern Europe, Norway, the Maghreb countries.
Shipping costs are free for France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra, from € 65 of order.
Cancellation
The buyer has a cancellation period of 14 days from receipt of his order to return the product for exchange or refund. Return costs are to be paid by the buyer. After this period, the products will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the buyer. The returned product must be unused, unwashed and with its label. It must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic invoice as well as the return slip sent by email following the request. Only products returned in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Upon receipt and control of the return, it will be exchanged or refunded
Payment
The price is due upon order.
Payments will be made by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), by a PayPal account or possibly by check (for France only).
For payment by credit card, Pascaline Dubreuil uses the Merc@net secure payment solution offered by BNP.
In case of payment by check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in France. The check is to be made out to the order of "Pascaline Dubreuil". The package is shipped when the check sent prior to the following address is cashed:

Responsibility
Pascaline Dubreuil, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. She cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, breakdown of the service, or any other involuntary problem.
